Welcome back to another episode of the Hot Genius Guide to Manifesting. As always, I'm your host, christina Modafari. I hope you enjoyed last week's episode called Manifest Love and I hope you're enjoying Season 5 so far. Today's episode, as you know, is called Manifest Health. We're going to follow the same method of the Attach then Detach method and we're going to talk about how this can actually apply to manifesting your health. So if you are new here and you don't know what I'm talking about when I say attach to detach, then let me quickly explain, because we need that. It's the most important thing.

Speaker 1:

So, as I said in the previous episode, that in life there is no such thing as something just being good or something just being bad, so the same would apply to attachment. There is a healthy way to attach and there is an unhealthy way to attach. The healthy way to attach is to attach to the identity of who you want to become, whereas the unhealthy version of attachment is you attaching yourself to needing to be healthy in order for you to love yourself and having that sort of desperation and kind of manifesting from lack right. This is in the context of health. How that can also apply to other areas, such as love is that you know if you were having a healthy attachment, once again, it's you attaching yourself to the version of you who's happy in a relationship, whereas the unhealthy version would be you attaching to the relationship itself or you attaching to that person, and so we can't control the fact that humans are attachment machines, but what we can control is whether it's a healthy or an unhealthy attachment. So how this would link to manifesting health would be that the healthy way to attach yourself is to attach yourself to the version of you who's already healthy. Okay, so that's a self-concept work, it's the identity work, and what that looks like is constantly shifting your beliefs and shifting the way you view yourself as a person in regards to health.

Speaker 1:

And so once you do that part going back to the kind of overview of my method of attach then detach is then once you have impressed your subconscious mind to a point where it feels like you already are healthy, even if you quite literally don't feel healthy yet. Then you have entered what is called the wish fulfilled state, as Neville Goddard says. Right, and then only from that state, though, where you feel like the wish that you have, in this case health, perfect health you can only detach once you feel like you're already healthy, even though your 3D reality is saying otherwise. Once you get to that knowing state where it feels very calm, where you just feel like, in a sense, you have like this gut feeling that you can't explain, but you just know that like everything's going to change for you for the better, like what you want is done in like a different dimension, right, and that you're just literally in no rush to wait for that to materialize in the 3D version of your life, right, that's when you can detach and that's when detachment and the law of detachment actually works in your favor.

Speaker 1:

Unfortunately, most people actually detach from their desire prematurely. Where it is great to detach from how something's going to work out. That's amazing, because that's also how you can apply the law of detachment. But to me it's incomplete because you also can't detach from your desire until you have become the identity of the version of you who has that thing. And then, once you have become and built that identity in your being, in your mind, and once you have become and built that identity in your being, in your mind and in your emotions and energy field, then you can now detach from your desire, not because you don't want your desire, but because it's done, because it is yours. It's pretty much just getting you know the dense 3D world In this case, your body's a part of that world to get on board with the law of assumption, which is it is done right.

Speaker 1:

Essentially, the law of assumption is you become what you assume to be. In this case, if you assume yourself to be healthy, to be a healthy person, then it is done. But no one talks about how to actually become someone who feels like they can just assume that they're healthy when their body is telling them otherwise. This is why I'm obsessed with my method of attach then detach. That's how I make the law of assumption practical and enjoyable. And also you can manifest at God-like speeds.

Speaker 1:

When you can master this, okay, and so you're going to learn how to attach yourself now fully, because the step one is attach. Attach in a healthy way to your new identity, so this healthy version of you. That means it's okay at the beginning to be a little bit extreme and do your affirmations, do the EFT tapping and rewire your subconscious beliefs over and over and over again at the beginning, because you want to create that attachment between yourself and the healthy identity that you are trying to embody. Do that right, and once you do that, you are then going to learn, like as you're doing, that you'll find that throughout your day-to-day life, you can start applying the mindset right. It's going to be easier with less resistance of someone who is healthy already, and it doesn't have to make any logical sense. However, I'm going to give you like, the best tip ever and how this can speed up the process for you, and so what you can do is that in every situation that you experience okay, so this is how you're going to fully attach to that healthy identity is constantly ask yourself what would a healthy person do in this situation right now.

Speaker 1:

For example, say, you're going clubbing with your friends and it's 2am, everyone is heading to Macca's, and you go and you're walking with your friends and they're walking to Macca's, and then you ask yourself what would a healthy person do in this situation right now? Now I can tell you that, as a healthy person with a healthy identity, I don't believe in extremes, but I just genuinely wouldn't really want to have Maccas at 2am in the morning. I just wouldn't even crave that, to be honest. So what my response to that literal situation would be I can't wait to have my meal preps at home, or I can't wait to, you know, have the snack that I already prepared, right, and so in that moment, I would already be the identity of a healthy person. With that being said, this does not automatically mean that, let's say you were to order food from Macca's, that it makes you not healthy, because there's no one right way that you can handle a situation that makes you healthy. There's actually a hundred ways you can handle it, and so I'm just giving you one example.

Speaker 1:

Another example could be that you, let's say, usually you're in that situation. You're at after clubbing, it's 2, 3am, everyone's going to Macca's. And you asked yourself okay, okay, what would a healthy person do in this situation? And let's say in the past, you would like, like binge eat. You just order like a large, you know triple quarter pound of meal or something that's like crazy, triple um, and then like chicken nuggets. Right in that moment, what you could do is like, when you ask yourself, you can say oh, I'm, I'm just going to have, you know, medium fries, I'm going to enjoy each bite, and that's because I actually didn't get a chance to, you know, top up my meal preps, my meal prepping days tomorrow. That's an example of how you can go about it.

Speaker 1:

Again, I wanted this to be clear there's no like one right way. But essentially, the more that you start asking yourself this question, what would a healthy person do in this moment, right now, in this situation that's the best way that you're going to be able to persist in the new story and really fasten yeah, speed up the process of the attachment process, which, again, that's a self-concept work. That's the identity work. That's you actually doing the pre-work of law of assumption. That's how you get rid of resistance. Like that's the identity work. That's you actually doing the pre-work of law of assumption. That's how you get rid of resistance. Like that's the whole point of this method, because most manifestation methods out there are really great for the techniques, for someone who has no resistance, but for people who have resistance and self-doubt, then these methods are meaningless. It won't work if you don't do the pre-work.

Speaker 1:

And once again, the pre-work is attaching yourself to the new identity through once again reprogramming your mind and your behavior, because it all goes along with that, as well as the way you feel. Another way that you can go about this is like whenever any situation happens, could even not just be applied to like food. I'm talking anything because being a healthy person is quite holistic, right. So let's say, in the past you normally get pissed off whenever you can't find a close car park to the destination you're going to. The way that I respond again with a healthy identity is that I naturally now it's a natural instinct when, when I find a car park that's really far away, I get really excited because I tell myself, oh, I get to have my steps in today. That's awesome. I wonder how many steps I can get. Like I genuinely feel excited. It's not forced. However, when I first did this, it felt very forced and that's completely normal. That is because I'm literally shifting and changing neural pathways in my brain, like that's totally expected, right.

Speaker 1:

And I want you to understand that when you manifest your health or anything in life, it's not about feeling miserable in the process. In fact, I would say that if you are not having fun during your manifestation journey, you're not doing it right. Okay, we deserve to enjoy not just what we are creating. We deserve to enjoy the process of creating. Let me say that again we don't just deserve to manifest our desires. We also deserve to enjoy the creating of our desires, because life is happening in the creation, it's not happening in the created. All right, that's very important for us to constantly be reminded of. And so, going back to that car park situation, that is just one idea, one way that you can apply that method in your life.

Speaker 1:

And so the whole point of this, the whole point of all of it, this whole attachment part, the stage one of you manifesting your health, is just learning this new identity Because, as you know, when we manifest something, we're never manifesting the thing because we already have all the things. We live in parallel realities. It's just about you becoming a vibrational match to the thing so that you can literally receive it into your reality. And that is why, to change your life, you must change yourself. Okay, that's the importance of it. That's that's why it can be very difficult, because we think that the outside world is what we need to change. But it's not true. The outside world is simply a reflection of our internal world.

Speaker 1:

So when you become a healthy person in your mind and in your body, in terms of how you feel and how you behave, the universe and the 3D world has no choice but to move mountains for you, to make it easy for you to have perfect health. Okay, I did this eight, nine years ago and I seriously transformed my entire health. I did it out of a place of necessity. I don't recommend you waiting for something shitty to happen. You know like I had a health crisis right Eight, nine years ago and it really scared me and that's how I accidentally discovered this method. I did it intuitively and I spent the further seven years after that trying to understand what happened and I studied that process and then experimented with that process and I reapplied it over and over again until I perfected the process and I realized that after you know nine years, that the process was actually very simple.

Speaker 1:

It was attach and then detach, and don't wait for something to go wrong before you actually manifest the health that you desire, and for whatever reason, if you are in a position where something is not exactly favorable to you right now, then that is also okay. Don't shame yourself. You didn't know what you didn't know and you should be so proud of yourself by the way that you're even deciding to shift that for yourself right, the same way that I'm proud of my past self for completely transforming my life right In the same way. And so this is tried and true, and it wasn't just for me. This has helped my clients and my friends in the past when they have applied this method. And so just understand that when you attach, it's about changing your self-concept, your self-image, how you view yourself, because once you change that, you change you. You naturally will change your behavior.

Speaker 1:

And now, when it comes to meal prepping all those habits that you've always fantasized about, or going to the gym, or going for daily walks guess what it's not going to feel like a chore anymore. Don't you want that Like? Don't we want? Don't all of us want that? Right, because we don't just want to be healthy, we want to enjoy the experience of being healthy, and that's why manifestation is the best way to do that, because when you do take action, such as going to the gym, such as walking every day, such as being a meal prepper and knowing a lot about your nutrition and whatever else, it's going to be from a place of what I call actually, I don't call it, everyone calls it this, you know, inspired action, right, inspired action.

Speaker 1:

And it's not the same as just relying on dopamine to move you through your life. It's not about you know, letting go of discipline, because we need discipline, but again, just like I said at the beginning of this episode, there is a healthy and unhealthy way to do everything and anything, including discipline. There is an unhealthy way to be disciplined and there is a healthy way to be disciplined, and what I'm just bringing to your awareness is the healthy way to be disciplined, and the way that it feels is that the worst it's ever gonna like feel is like you're just gonna feel a little bit, eh, and then you're still gonna feel desire, though, to go to the gym or to go on that walk or to meal prep or to, you know, meditate or something like that. It's not gonna be the way it used to be, where the thought of you going to gym made you want to throw up because you just had zero energy or motivation, like it just sounded really gross, right. And then people who are strong-minded, who still haven't done like the manifestation work of anything law of assumption, identity work, whatever the best that they're ever going to get, unfortunately right is that they will actually apply unhealthy discipline to get to their dream.

Speaker 1:

Health and unhealthy discipline, guess, guess what it feels like so difficult, like doing something, like going to the gym or whatever else. You hear it all the time They'll say, oh, I never feel like going to the gym, but afterwards like it feels good and I'm glad I did it. But they are just relying on mental willpower they are just relying on, like psychology hacks. They are literally just hacking themselves, never addressing the core problem that the core problem is that they needed to change their identity. They needed to change themselves. They didn't understand that the healthy version of them exists in the now. The same way the unhealthy version of themselves exists in the now. Because we live in parallel realities, right? And there is no point in wasting so much time, effort, energy and going through blood, sweat and tears when you can quite literally just become that version of you Because remember, as Bashar always says, your manifestations are already here.

Speaker 1:

The only way that you can get them is for you to become a match to them. Because they're here, it doesn't mean you have access to them, right? You're all of your manifestations. I want you to see that as if you had like a hundred boxes, but they all have little tiny locks on them and you have the key right. So it's all available to you, but without the key in one box. You have perfect health In one box. You have your dream relationship perfect health in one box. You have your dream relationship in one box. You have your dream business. It doesn't matter if it's right in front of you, if you do not have a key to open up that box to your manifestation, to that dream business. It doesn't matter that the dream business is literally here with you in your room, because you're not a match to it, aka you don't have have the key. And so when you have the key to what you want, in this case your perfect health, then you get to be like those disciplined people.

Speaker 1:

But you don't have to go through the drama and the ego of trying to prove you know, struggle, town in order to prove to other people that you aren't being healthy. Can I just make this very clear that your health is your birth right. Your health is a given. You don't need to earn your right or your worthiness to be healthy. That is your natural state, okay, abundance is your natural state. Love is your natural state. You don't ever have to earn something that you are inherently born into.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and so, like I said, you can do this the old fashioned way. It's not wrong, but if you ask me, that sounds very exhausting, like I don't got time to like, trick myself and manipulate myself into going to the gym or prioritizing my sleep and fixing my sleep hygiene, reading and doing all these other, you know, healthy habits. I much rather do it because I fucking want to. I much rather meditate the way that I do because I want to. You do realize, because of my healthy identity, guys, I don't meditate because it's cool or trendy. I've been meditating for 10 years, literally because I want to. Okay, it wasn't always like that, right, but now it's like that. I meal prep weekly. I've done that for eight years, okay, and it's easy, it's not a chore to me, okay, and this is available to you. All I did is what I'm sharing and reminding you of.

Speaker 1:

You already know this, right. No one tells you anything new. Everyone's always awakening what's already inside of you, that we have all our desires, our perfect health. It's in a box and it's locked, and the way you unlock it is through changing self, because your reality is a reflection of you and all you got to do is change the self in order to change the reality. And once again, you do that through attaching fully to the new identity. Aka attach yourself fully, dedicate. Attaching fully to the new identity. Aka attach yourself fully, dedicate yourself fully to shifting your identity into being a healthy person. And once it just feels natural and normal to you, that's when you detach from it and watch what fucking happens Me applying this method.

Speaker 1:

I literally didn't even mean to lose weight, for instance. I was just trying to honestly be alive and have longevity and heal my health crisis. I literally lost 25 kilos in three months. I didn't even step foot in the gym at the time. I was just naturally excited to go on walks and, you know, shoot some hoops nearby my like basketball ring near my old house.

Speaker 1:

You know everything changed for me and guess what? I never went back. I've never went back because when you change yourself at the core of your being, it's a permanent change unless you go out of your way to reprogram a different reality. And that's available to you and just remember that you can detach from that when you just feel like it's already done and you'll know it will be a clear knowing you won't be able to miss it. And if you ever get stuck with this, the best tip I can leave you just to wrap up this episode is you can study the person and borrow their identity for a moment. That's what I did Study a person who you think represents your ideal of perfect health and constantly ask yourself what they would do, learn about their habits, and that will make this process even easier for you.
